Received the product today. Got what I ordered OK. I knew when ordering I was paying for TNT shipping. And I knew I would pay for customs. However, TNT/Fedex adds on additional customs brokerage charges that are NOT disclosed when ordering. Why am I complaining to Stringers World and not TNT? Because Stringers World chose TNT as their courier. Do they know their customers are getting charged over and above what the shipping quote is? I would not use TNT again. Not knowing the final price will make it hard to choose Stringers World unless there is a different shipping option.

Competitive prices for my luxilon strings. And very quick delivery too. Came in separate packs as advertised (had strings from other online sites which advertised packs of strings but were actually tied up bundles cut from a reel). So all good, will use again.

Ordered 4x sets of badminton strings.
Unfortunately only had two of the colour I requested. Stringers world rang me a few days after order was placed to inform me and ask if I would like refund or different coloured string. Decided to have two of each colour which arrived a couple of days later.

The service was fantastic

I called for advice on a Babolat tennis racket for my grandson. I spoke to Chris who was very helpful and I subsequently ordered it online. It was delivered within 2 days. I felt that the product was great value and the service excellent.
